How to Factory Reset the Amazon eero 6 Pro

Factory reset the Amazon eero 6 Pro mesh router.

Steps

1. 1

   Locate the reset button on the back of the eero 6 Pro.

2. 2

   Press and hold the reset button for about 7 seconds until the LED turns red.

3. 3

   Release the button. The eero will flash yellow and then restart.

4. 4

   Wait for the LED to turn solid white — the reset is complete.

5. 5

   Use the eero app to set up the device again from scratch.
