How to Factory Reset the Apple iPhone 13

Perform a factory reset on the Apple iPhone 13 to erase all personal data and restore factory settings.
Steps

Back up your data via iCloud or iTunes/Finder before proceeding.

Open the Settings app.

Tap General, then scroll down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone.

Tap Erase All Content and Settings.

Enter your screen passcode when prompted.

If Find My is enabled, enter your Apple ID password to disable it.

Tap Erase iPhone to confirm. The device will erase and restart to the Hello screen.
