Factory reset the Apple MacBook Pro with M3 chip by erasing and reinstalling macOS.
Steps

Click the Apple menu and choose Shut Down.

Press and hold the power button until you see Loading startup options, then release.

Select Options and click Continue to enter macOS Recovery.

Open Disk Utility, select Macintosh HD, and click Erase. Format as APFS.

Quit Disk Utility and select Reinstall macOS from the Recovery menu.
