Factory reset the Apple TV 4K 3rd generation to erase all data and settings.

Steps

   Open the Settings app on your Apple TV.

   Go to System.

   Select Reset.

   Choose Reset and Update (to also install the latest software) or Reset (to restore without updating).

   The Apple TV will erase all content and settings, then restart. This may take a few minutes.
