How to Factory Reset the Ecovacs Deebot N8 Pro+

Factory reset the Ecovacs Deebot N8 Pro+ robot vacuum to erase all Wi-Fi credentials, saved maps, schedules, and app pairing.

Steps

1. 1

   Ensure the robot is powered on (power switch in the ON/I position).

   Locate the reset pinhole button on the robot body near the power button.

3. 3

   Insert a pin, toothpick, or paperclip into the pinhole and press and hold the reset button for approximately 3 to 5 seconds.

4. 4

   You will hear short startup music and the Wi-Fi indicator light will begin blinking, indicating the reset is complete.

   Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the robot to fully initialize.

   All Wi-Fi credentials, app pairing, saved maps, schedules, language, and time zone settings are erased. Set up the robot as new in the ECOVACS Home app.
