How to Factory Reset the Ecovacs Deebot T10 Turbo

Factory reset the Ecovacs Deebot T10 Turbo robot vacuum to erase all Wi-Fi credentials, saved maps, schedules, and app pairing.

Steps

   Open the top cover of the robot.

   Locate and remove the small black rubber plug covering the reset button (found near the power switch or dustbin area).

   Ensure the power switch is in the ON (I) position.

   Using a pin, toothpick, or paperclip, press and hold the reset button for approximately 5 seconds.

   You will hear a voice prompt, followed by startup music — this confirms the robot has been restored to factory defaults.

   Replace the rubber plug and close the top cover.

   Wait 3 to 5 minutes for the robot to fully initialize. All Wi-Fi credentials, app pairing, saved maps, schedules, language, and time zone settings are erased. Set up the robot as new in the ECOVACS Home app.
