Factory reset the Google Nest Hub 2nd generation to erase all data and disconnect from your account.

Steps

    On the back of the Nest Hub, locate the mute switch.

  2. 2

    Press and hold the mute switch for approximately 10 seconds.

  3. 3

    You will hear a sound indicating the factory reset is starting.

  4. 4

    Release the switch and wait about 10–15 seconds for the reset to complete.

  5. 5

    The device will restart and return to the setup screen.
