How to Factory Reset the Google Pixel 8

Factory reset the Google Pixel 8 to erase all content and return the phone to out-of-box state.

Steps

   Back up your data to Google Drive or another service before resetting.

   Open Settings on your Pixel 8.

   Tap System, then tap Reset options.

   Tap Erase all data (factory reset).

   Tap Erase all data at the bottom of the screen.

   Enter your PIN, pattern, or password when prompted.

   Tap Erase all data again to confirm. The phone will restart and complete the reset.
