How to Factory Reset the Microsoft Surface Pro 9

Factory reset the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 running Windows 11.

Steps

   Go to Settings (Win + I) > System > Recovery.

   Under Reset this PC, click Reset PC.

   Select Remove everything.

4. 4

   Choose Cloud download for a fresh Windows install, or Local reinstall.

   Select Change settings if you want to clean the drive for security.

   Click Reset and allow the process to finish. Your Surface will restart automatically.
