Factory reset the Shark IQ Robot RV1001AE robot vacuum to erase all Wi-Fi credentials, saved maps, schedules, and app pairing.

Steps

   Ensure the robot is powered on and removed from the dock.

   Press and hold the Dock button and the Clean button simultaneously.

3. 3

   Hold both buttons for approximately 10 seconds.

4. 4

   Release both buttons. The robot will power off and then power back on, completing the factory reset.

5. 5

   Once complete, all Wi-Fi credentials, saved maps, room labels, cleaning schedules, and app pairing are erased. Re-add the robot in the SharkClean app from scratch.
