How to Factory Reset the TP-Link Deco XE75

Factory reset the TP-Link Deco XE75 mesh Wi-Fi system to erase all configuration and start fresh.

Steps

1. 1

   Make sure the Deco unit is powered on and the LED is solid.

   Locate the Reset button on the bottom or rear of the Deco unit.

3. 3

   Press and hold the Reset button with a pin or paperclip for about 5 seconds until the LED turns red.

4. 4

   Release the button and wait for the Deco to reboot. The LED will pulse yellow then turn solid when ready.

   To reset all units in the mesh network, repeat the process on each Deco unit individually.

6. 6

   Open the Deco app and tap the '+' icon to set up your mesh network from scratch.
