Factory reset the Vizio V-Series 4K Smart TV to erase all settings and accounts.

Steps

   Press the Menu button on your Vizio remote.

   Navigate to System using the arrow keys and press OK.

   Select Reset & Admin.

   Select Reset TV to Factory Defaults.

   If prompted for a parental lock code, enter it (default is 0000).

   Select Reset and confirm.

   The TV will restart and return to the initial setup screen.
